I would like to recommend Chiu-Ho to home buyers at any stage.
We contacted Chiu-Ho after reading many of his articles about market analysis and home purchasing/property selling experiences. With an engineering background, he has a very analytical point of view which helps you to come up with the best strategy regarding the price.
As our consultant, he spent 2 hours with us guiding us through the details of the home buying process, and most importantly, things that most of the home buyers might neglect. We were interested in buying a house for a while, therefore I personally did a lot of research online such as the school zone, the history of the property…etc, I felt that I knew most of the tricks in this process.
However, Chiu-Ho taught us things that we need to pay extra attention to. Those things are the ones that I as a layman would never think about. After consulting him, I learned that I have to at least know something about the structure of a house, the type of the foundations, how the drainage system was designed, and maybe the electric power distribution system if you want to install a new A/C. If Chiu-Ho is your agent, you don’t need to worry about any of this stuff.
Besides things we need to pay attention to when looking for a target, he also gave us some tips about making offers based on his experience.
A good real estate agent can save you hundreds of hours in this process and potentially a good amount of money. From my interaction with Chiu-Ho, he is very knowledgeable, very patient, and very experienced. He answered like a hundred of our questions.
