We began with a casual consultation with Chiu-Ho when we didn't have a clear idea what type of house we were looking for, the price range nor the areas. Chiu-Ho patiently educated us from basics, covering the home buying process, recent market trends, to the characteristics of different types of houses. We then started to go to open houses in different areas (Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Santa Clara, San Jose) and house types (single family, newly constructed townhomes, 5 years old townhouses etc) to feel the differences ourselves.

Chiu-Ho took each opportunity to teach us, helping us narrow down the options. We learned new things from him and felt we were closer to our "home" every week.
